Watch us make sweet creamy maple sugar using household kitchen cookware.

Did you know?

  • It takes 40 gallons of maple sap to generate 1 gallon of syrup!!

  • We have over 300 taps on our farm!!

  • Maple syrup is 100% natural and unrefined

  • Maple syrup is a very good source of minerals, nutrients, and vitamins including: Manganese, riboflavin, zinc, magnesium, calcium, potassium

  • Maple Syrup has less calories than alternative sweeteners such as corn syrup, honey, and sugar

  • Natives of North American were the first to use pure maple syrup as a source of nutrients

Picture to the left is our version of an efficient way for sap gathering and transfer.  Honestly, we thinks this set up rocks!  The tracked machine helps us through the snow  as it carries the  125 gallon sap container. The sap is pumped from collection buckets into the container with a small gas pump.  The tracked machine then delivers the sap to the sugaring house!
